How to change your dial-up number

This page will help Windows users manually change the phone number and username to establish a dialup connection to 1internet. If you need assistance with making this change, please call (866) 565-4968 and we will be happy to help you.

Note: We highly recommend that you install the dialer instead of manually changing your number. The instructions are provided to those who do not wish to use the dialer to establish your internet connection. You can install the dialer by clicking here.

First you will need to find a new local access number. After you have your new local phone number, please select a list of instructions from the following based on which operating system you have.
